Crytek ne anunţă pe site-ul său oficial că a achiziţionat Black Sea Studios (Knights of Honor) care devine Crytek Black Sea. Nu ştim cât va influenţa această achiziţie dezvoltarea lui Worldshift, proiect la care lucrează acum Black Sea. Crytek a ţinut să ne asigure că developer-ul îşi va păstra sediul actual, situat în vecinătatea noastră, la Sofia, ceea ce ni se pare normal, că doar nu era să-i mute cu căţel, cu purcel în Germania... Alţi bani, altă distracţie, nu? Încă nu cunoaştem suma la care se ridică această tranzacţie, dar o aflăm noi cât de iute.

Crytek acquires Black Sea Studios Jul 14, 2008 Bulgarian Developer becomes Crytek Black Sea Crytek GmbH today announced that it has acquired Bulgaria-based Black Sea Studios Ltd. Under the terms of the acquisition, Black Sea Studios will become Crytek Black Sea, a wholly owned studio. Black Sea Studios development team will remain in Sofia, Bulgaria. Financial terms were not disclosed.
