Ieri vă spuneam că la LucasArts se poartă moda concedierilor în masă, săptămâna trecută fiind daţi afară până la 100 de angajaţi ai studioului. Cu toate acestea, Margaret Grohne, director de public relations al studioului spunea tot săptămâna trecută „we are definitely committed to the internal studio. We have a good slate of games and we have some good stuff going on in production.” PR-ii ăştia... 

    În ultimele ore, lucrurile par să ia amploare, în sensul că LucasArts are intenţia să oprească dezvoltarea internă de jocuri video odată ce va fi terminat Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Heh, din moment ce acei 100 de angajaţi reprezintă cca. 80% din forţa de muncă a studioului mi se pare normal ca LucasArts să-şi închidă porţile development-ului intern... ce să continue cu 15-20 de persoane?! Dacă cifrele sunte corecte, desigur. De vreţi să citiţi mai multe, intraţi pe Shacknews.
