 Rockstar a mărturisit sub patrafirul Videogamer că Grand Theft Auto IV nu va avea nici un demo jucabil, nici pe PS3, nici pe Xbox360: „… much of GTA 4 is the driving around and we wouldn't be able to give out the whole city. We would have to give away half the game for free. People would think Liberty City is a tiny city. You run into problems.” Eh, asta e strategia lor şi nu ai ce să le faci… Ca să ne mai consoleze niţel, Rockstar ne aruncă 10 screenshot-uri noi:
